The beach is only 600 m away and the nearest nightclub 700 m. The villa was built in 1997 and renovated in 2003. It features a 90 m?garden as well as a total of 5 rooms spread over 2 floors of which 2 are suites and 3 are double rooms. Facilities include a safe, TV room as well as a garage. Each room comes with an en suite bathroom, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a hi-fi stereo system, a kitchenette, a fridge, a hire safe and a lounge. Guests are offered a freshwater pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. There is a golf course 15 km from the hotel. On leaving the airport you take follow the signposts for Yaiza and this will take you onto a dual carriageway. From this road there you need to take the left-hand turning towards Puerto Del Carmen, which will take you under a road bridge and past petrol stations on both sides of the road. Once you are past the petrol station you need to take the Circunvalacion (ring road). Once on the ring road you take the second turning on the right Hospiten's Hospital. Taking under the road bridge the second exit on the first roundabout and the second street on the right hand ( Agrupaci? Los Campesinos, street ), then you turn on the right in Agrupaci? Gaida street, and then on the right again in Las Salinas street where Villa Volc? is.
