The Ladestatthof is located in the Stubaital valley, 1 km from Neustift and from the Elferlifte ski lifts and toboggan runs. There are many farm animals on site and you can enjoy a wide range of home-made products for breakfast. All rooms and apartments have a mountain-view balcony, a private bathroom and a flat-screen satellite TV. The Schlick 2000 Ski Area can be reached by car or ski bus in 10 minutes and the Stubaier Glacier Ski Area is a 15-minute drive or ski bus ride away. The free ski bus stops just a 2-minute walk from the Ladestatthof. A storage and drying room for ski equipment is available on site. Home-made milk, yoghurt, muesli, bread, butter, cheese, jams and juices can be enjoyed for breakfast. A pizzeria restaurant can be reached on foot in 5 minutes and various other restaurants and shops are located in Neustift. Spa facilities are available free of charge and include a Finnish sauna, an infra-red cabin, a steam bath and an ice grotto. The relaxation room has direct access to the garden. For children there is a playroom with a wide range of games and a playground. During summer, you can help with farm work if you are interested, go hiking and mountain biking or bathing in the nearby lake or public bath Stubay in Neustift.
