Beautifully situated in a quiet peaceful location, the B&B's Retreat in Bathurst assures guests a pleasurable stay in the comfort of its excellent accommodation. Bathurst is home of the legendary racing circuit "Mt Panorama" which hosts a V8 Supercars race every year. The town also includes many of Australia's top private schools including Scots College, St Stanislaus & McKillop College. Enjoy the cafes, shops and restaurants or browse the Keppel street art gallery, a modern, highly celebrated regional gallery which focuses on Australia art. There is also many beautiful historical buildings including the courthouse and Bathurst Gaol which features a large hand-carved sandstone lion at the entrance. At the centre of town there is a large pond where you can feed the ducks and swans as they come out and retreat back again. There is also a bell tower and Carillion side by side at the All Saints Cathedral, the only one in the southern hemisphere.
