At the front of the home the quiet formal lounge provides the ideal spot to get away from it all, check e mail on your laptop or simply relax with a good book. The formal dining area features a large cherry wood table and fully upholstered chairs for 6 people.\nThe hub of home is the spacious family room with sliding glass door leading directly to the pool deck. This is the ideal place to kick back and relax after a busy day at the parks. When its time to relax in front of the TV, the large L shape sofa seats 6 in comfort.\nThe full size kitchen is fully equipped with everything you''ll need to cater for your entire party. A separate casual breakfast area seats four.\nThe bedroom accommodation is split over two floors: The ground floor King Master Suite has views of the pool and deck. Two Queen bedrooms are located on the second floor and share a family bathroom. There is a good selection of supermarkets, shops and restaurants within a few minutes drive including a 24hr Super Walmart.
