Guests will be charged THB 7 per electrical unit for electricity and THB 27 per unit consumed for water. Guests must pay these fees directly to the property upon check-out. Additional cleaning during the stay is not included in the room rates and an additional fee is to be paid directly at the property if cleaning services are requested.
