In summer, the price includes free access to all cable cars, public pools and toll roads in the region. In winter, the ski school is just a 3-minute walk away. The nearest cross-country ski is 200 metres from the house. The property will not serve breakfast from 01.05.2023 to 27.05.2023 and 04.06.2023 to 30.06.2023. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Kindly note that parking spaces are limited to one car per apartment.
