Our property is located in the countryside of Costa Rica. The guests appreciate the quietness of the place and the beautiful view we have on the ocean, with the islands of the entrance of the Nicoya gulf. Also, the climate is perfect here, not so hot than on the beach side. A lot of animals can be seen inside the property, depending on the season (many birds, toucans, hummingbirds, oropendolas, aracaris,... and also some monkeys and other mammals). Located a 3 km from San Mateo Town Centre, this tropical bed and breakfast is surrounded by beautiful gardens and offers guests free WiFi, an outdoor swimming pool and free continental breakfast. Each spacious room at Tiriguro Lodge features modern, bright d?or, as well as a wardrobe and a private bathroom. The deluxe room comes with a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. Breakfast is served every day, and guests can find lunch and dinner options in San Mateo or Orotina, both a 10-minute drive away. Carara National Park, which offers hiking and nature outings, is a 20-minute drive. Activities like hang-gliding, zip-lining and tours of organic coffee plantations can also be arranged. Tiriguru Lodge is a 45-minute drive from Juan Santamaria International Airport. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A deposit via bank transfer is required within the next 3 days to secure your reservation (see Hotel Policies). The property will contact you with instructions after booking. Payments at property must be made in Cash, if Guest wants to pay with Credit Card the property will charge an extra 5% to final price.
