The passenger wont be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). Hotel Vegas is a three-story hotel, located in downtown Santiago, it is a national monument, therefore there is no elevator and we are not allowed to make any modifications to the hotel.
