This country barn conversion, offering a total of 2 rooms, has been renovated from top to bottom, and is split into 3: the friendly, wine and olive oil producing, owner occupies the top floor while the ground floor is divided into 2 apartments, Girasole and Giglio. There is ample off-road parking and each apartment has an outside eating area and patio which are not private. On the ground floor, there is a sitting/dining room and a kitchen corner with an oven, a hob, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer as well as a double room with an en suite shower room and a WC.
