Riverbend is located in the trendy part of town, near Broadway Bridge and the North Saskatchewan River. A short walk takes you to the University of Saskatchewan or to Riverlanding and the downtown area. The streets are lines with poplars and elm trees that create an urban forest! Although there is always something going on nearby, for example the Jazz Festival in June, it is amazingly very quiet here! Our guest house was completely renovated in 2009 but we chose to keep the hardwood floors and some other touches of times gone by. It is a great pleasure for my husband, a retired manager and myself, a retired teacher to invite you to our home at Riverbend and offer you a very private second level space where you can come and go as you please and experience the best of our sunshine city.
