This modern apartment complex is located in the south of the city, within a short distance of Granada's sports ground and C?menes football stadium. All of the local area's sights, including the Sierra Nevada, the tropical coastline, the Alpuharras and the historical centre of the city, are located within a short distance of the complex. Opened in 2004, this air-conditioned complex is housed within a traditional 19th century building comprising a total of 16 apartments.
