Barony Pergole is a castle-like 5-star self-catering residence in Castagnola near Lake Lugano, set amidst a large Mediterranean garden at the end of a private dead-end road. From June till September access is available on request and for a surcharge to a shared indoor pool with a 140 m?sunbathing terrace in front with sun loungers, table tennis and panoramic views of Lake Lugano and the nearby mountains. The property consists of luxurious apartments with a balcony or terrace (some covered) with deckchairs and dining table, bathrooms with white marble, mosaic or Italian designer tiles, kitchens with dishwasher and a TV with cable or satellite channels, air conditioning and free WiFi. Each apartment has a separate entrance to ensure privacy and safety. A washing machine (some with integrated dryer) can be found in each apartment. A dryer for shared use is available as well. The owner lives on site. The lake with municipal pier for boats and lake access for swimmers is reachable within 130 metres via a private street and steps down to the lake. 2 restaurants and the San Domenico Bus Stop can be found 350 metres away. The footpath to Gandria is 400 metres away, and Lido San Domenico is 600 metres away. The Monte Br?funicular, the large Lido Lugano, a tennis court, a fitness centre, and various supermarkets are between 1.2 and 1.4 km away. The centre of Lugano is 2.5 km away. Private parking is available on site against a surcharge. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Barony Lugano apartments 2-8 persons in advance of your expected arrival time. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. A negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result is mandatory to check-in to this property. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CHF 1500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Check-in from 4.00 h - 7.00 pm. Check-in outside of the offical check-in will be charged with CHF 100 per hour. Check-in after 10 pm is unpossible. Check-out until 10 am. Parking on request with charge: 4 pers.-car CHF 105/week, VAN CHF 210/week. The shared indoor-pool on request with charge is in function from June until end of September and can be used by persons/swimmers aged 12 years and over. Indoor-pool on request with charge for the total period CHF 5/day/person. Minors must be accompanied by adults. The indoor-pool can be closed at any time due to the Corona-pandemic due to official regulations. Electric current consumption (upon counter) with charge CHF 0,80/KWH.
