Modern facilities include air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The villa is only 12 km from the centre of Lucca and a 50-minute drive from Florence. You can reach Pisa and the seaside in half an hour. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A member of staff will greet you on arrival. A multilingual phone assistance service is available during business hours. A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property.
