Flora Bay 1 is located on Perhentian Island, known for its beautiful sandy beaches and dive spots. Sitting on Teluk Dalam Beach, it has an on-site diving centre, snorkelling equipment for rent, as well as a souvenir shop. Cosy and fitted with wooden flooring, all rooms come with either a fan or air conditioning. From the private balcony, rooms enjoy views of the hill, garden or sea. En suite bathroom has a shower. To get to Flora Bay 1, guests must travel to Kuala Besut Jetty to take a 30-minute boat ride to Perhentian Island. From Kuala Besut Jetty, it is an hours drive from Kota Bahru Airport and a 2-hour drive from Kuala Terengganu. Water sports such as canoeing can be enjoyed at the beach. Guests have to take a boat transfer from Kuala Besut Jetty to Perhentian Island, where Flora Bay 1 is located. Most of the boat operators are not licensed and they will wait for a minimum of 12 passengers to fill one boat before ferrying them to the island There are no specific timings from Kuala Besut Jetty to Perhentian Island. Ferry starts operating from 08:00 - 16:00. Ferry timings from Perhentian Island to Kuala Besut Jetty are at 08:00, 12:00 and 16:00.
