The villa is composed of four comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own TV, light dimmer and motorised curtains. The spacious open-plan living and dining area is fitted with a sofa and a 10-seat dining table. The kitchen comes with modern appliances, perfect for indoor cooking. For in-villa entertainment, guests will find a large 78-inch flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, a PlayStation 4 and a Bose home theatre sound system. For extra convenience, the villa also has an elevator. During the stay, guests can enjoy free WiFi access. Drivers enjoy free private parking on-site. A damage deposit of THB 20000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
