You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 40 applies for early check-in and for late check-out. All requests are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that use of heating and air conditioning carries a 10 EUR surcharge per night. Firewood is available in low-season for an extra charge of EUR 30 per stay. Please note that there is a surcharge of EUR 20 per night, or 140 EUR per week, for use of the hot tub. The minimum charge is EUR 60.
