This spacious four bedroom plus loft, four bathroom townhome is located in the Park Meadows area of Park City. Bedding consists of two king beds, queen bed, two twin beds, day plus trundle bed and a sofa sleeper. Amenities include a full kitchen, dining area for ten plus three bar stools, three cable TVs, a VCR, CD player, gas fireplace in living room, wood fire place in bedroom, high speed internet access, and a two car garage. This unit can accommodate 12 guests. During the summer months, private hot tubs are deactivated. There is an additional fee to reactivate private hot tubs. 72 hours notice is required. Please contact your agent for more details. Not all common area hot tubs are operational during summer months.
