Sea Sunset Cottage is located on the beach and seafront of Whitstable Bay. It offers on site parking for 1 small/medium car. Guests can relax on a balcony or patio both of which overlook the sea with outdoor seating. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge and dining area with 2 comfortable sofas as well as a separate tv/study room. Direct sea views can be enjoyed from all 3 ensuite bedrooms, 2 of which open on to the private garden. Whitstables historic harbour is a 10-minute walk away and is home to the towns fish markets. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Sea Sunset Cottage in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Sorry no pets. As the master bedroom is on the top floor and other beds on ground floor with easy access to the sea we do not accept children under 9. Parking is only available for one car and prior reservation is needed. The whole house will always be available at a reduced price for under occupancy only if 1 or 2 bedrooms are occupied. The study room also has a sofa bed but occupancy will still be limited to 6. Managed by a private host
