Continue for approximately 1 mile and take the next right hand turn signposted Mungrisdale and Caldbeck ? Continue for approximately 1 mile to the sign for Near Howe is on the right hand side of the road ? The drive way crosses two fields, and then rises past an old ruin up to the top of the hill where you will find the property
