In the open countryside of Llanaber, Beautiful Wales offer modern, converted barns with stunning beach views. Set on a 6-acre farm home to horses, ducks, and chickens, it is just 5 minutes?walk from the beach. A large feature window at the front of the barns fills each one with natural light, and looks out over the duck pond and sea. The open-plan living area features wooden beams and underfloor heating, along with a TV/DVD player and cosy sofas. An iPod docking station, a radio and USB sockets are also available for guests use. The modern kitchen at Beautiful Wales is fully equipped with an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. There is also a relaxing patio area overlooking the sea along with a BBQ set. The two-person cottage has a modern wet room, while the 4-person cottage has a bathroom with a luxury spa bath. Free parking is available next to each barn, and Barmouth is only 2 miles away. Guests can enjoy sea views and mountain views. The mountains, Snowdon and Cader Idris, Coed-y-Brenin Forest, Mawddach Estuary and the All Wales Coasts walking paths can be found nearby. Please inform Beautiful Wales in advance of your expected arrival time. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours. Guests are advised that dogs should be kept on a lead at all times due to the free-range horses and animals around the property. Cats and other pets cannot be accommodated at the property. Directions: Follow the road out of Barmouth for about a mile. When you pass the Llanaber sign look for the property sign on the right hand side of the road. Follow the driveway to the top where you will find your cottage. If using a GPS device, please be aware that the local toll bridge (Penmaenpool) is often closed. If you get stuck go back towards Dolgellau and follow the signs to Barmouth. The final turn into Ceilwart Lane using a GPS device is incorrect (turn the opposite way).
