The Shaar Hagolan Country Lodging is located south of the Sea of Galilee, just 4 km from the beach and 15 km from the historical city of Tiberias. The property is perfect for people appreciating the peaceful and quiet kibbutz location, while being close to the attractions of the area. These include rafting in the Jordan River, kayaking and fishing in the Sea of Galilee, and other sports and adventure activities. The kibbutz offers an indoor swimming pool, open all year round. There is also a mini zoo, basketball court, football court and playground. All air-conditioned, rooms here come with a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Some have a balcony. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers.
