Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of THB 45000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests are required by the hotel to settle the deposit by credit card on the day of booking. The hotel will send guests an email with instructions and a Paypal link for processing the 50% deposit payment. Guests must deposit THB 51000 for security insurance on the day of arrival, it will be returned to the lessee no later than 14 days after check out. If there is any damage and costs that exceed the amount of the deposit, the lessee will remain liable to the lessor to pay the same promptly. Early arrival or late departure will depend upon availability of the villa. The early check-in fee is USD 500 from 10:00 hrs onwards. The late check-out fee is USD 500 until 18:00 hrs. After 18:00 hrs, the full daily rate is applicable. Please note that extra 20% will be added on top to all food and beverage items purchased on behalf of guests. The 20% surcharge covers cooking gas, transportation and all costs incurred from cooking and kitchen-related expenses. Unregistered guests will be charged USD 300 per person per night. Please note that this is a 3-bedroom villa and only 2 persons can be accommodated per bedroom.
